I purchased a car from them this week. I was able to test drive the vehicle at my own lesuire and there was no pressure to buy the vehicle! I had already arranged finance through a different service and this was also no problem. Ian and Harry were really helpful. Ian was really knowledgeable about the car and once I advised I wanted it he did all the work with my finance company to get everything sorted out. I had the car a few days later which was earlier than the orginal plan ( it was awaiting a new mot/service). I feel confident if I had any issues I could call them or nip back and they would do their upmost to sort it out. I have already reccomended to friends and will defintely return in the future.

Searching for a car on the internet, found what I was looking for at Suffolk Car Centre, Ilketshall, it"s a little over 160 miles from my home, travelled up for a test drive, paid for the car same day collected it 2 weeks later (my choice). If you want good old-fashioned service from knowledgeable staff minus any pressure to buy then this is the place, my guide through the process was "Billy Scriven" who"s only desire was to make sure I was happy with every aspect of the sale...there is a saying "The Customer Is King" and that's the way I was made to feel, I'm a very happy "punter".

The service from Suffolk to Scotland was flawless
We bought our Volvo from Scotland online. We had been in a serious accident and I was adamant that I wanted a replacement Volvo. This meant that we had to do a national search. Harry dealt with me throughout and the whole experience was literally flawless. We had to deal with insurance companies and arrange viewing and pick-up with some delays. The service was excellent.

Absolutely wonderful service. I went to view a Range Rover last week, showed up unannounced and was able to take the car for a test drive there and then. I was happy with the car so decided to buy it and paid the deposit immediately. I picked up the car today so only took just over a week to get it all ready for me. Service, MOT and valet all done for me. Harry was so helpful and made sure I could drive away today with my private registration on the new car and also helped me with the road tax. Couldn't fault this company. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and have bought a lovely car
The service was excellent, all staff were helpful, friendly and courteous, they saw me onto the road to go for a test drive and didn't crowd me when I was looking at the car. They even added some more petrol without me even asking as I noticed it was quite low on the test drive but forgot to mention it. It had just over 100 miles in the tank after they had added it which was really helpful as I didn't know the area or where the nearest petrol station was. It was also sparkling inside and out and is running very well.

Great for sales and after-sales!
I would not hesitate to recommend Suffolk Car Centre to my friends and colleagues as somewhere they will be able to find a wide-ranging selection of used cars and also get a very fair part-exchange price. I had visited many local garages in the search for a used Honda CRV but Suffolk Car Centre had the best presented one and the salesman was helpful rather than pushy.. A few days after collection I had to telephone them about a minor fault I discovered and this was sorted out quickly and without fuss.

The car i chose is amazing - looks almost brand new - and drives so well; and was a bargain price. It is the first time that we had dealt with the company and we were really impressed with the excellent and professional service we received from Chris Reeve. I do not live locally anymore so could not be at my fathers side during the purchase but Chris communicated everything that had been agreed to be done to me over the phone or by email which really reassured me during the whole process. Great service from both staff I delt with (autotrader wont let me post names! But they both deserve a huge amount of credit for what they do!!). They both work at both branches but I bought from their ilketshall branch. Nothing was too much trouble for them with multiple visits before finally making a deal for the car (BMW 3 series). Left a small list of work to be done on the car before collection and all of them were completed to an incredible standard. Very happy with the service pre purchase and collection. Post purchase good service had continued, a couple of very minor issues began with the cafe, but absolutely no bother to dealer they've had me in for diagnostics, and again to rectify the issue with absolutely no problems arranging todo so under warranty at a time that suited both parties. We are very happy we found the right car with this dealer and even happier with the service they have delivered. Will definitly look to these guys first with any future purchases.
